Source of reviews
All reviews shown on this website are taken from our public Google Business profile. We do not collect reviews directly via our own website or via separate forms.
How reviews are collected
Guests can leave a review about Hutstuf on Google after their stay or visit. Some guests receive a link to our Google profile after their stay, but leaving a review is always voluntary and without any obligation.
Verification of reviews
We do not technically verify whether every reviewer has actually stayed at Hutstuf. Google may apply its own checks and automated systems, but we cannot fully control or guarantee this. Because of this, we cannot exclude the possibility that a review was written by someone who has not been a guest.
Selection and display of reviews
We aim to give a representative picture of our guests’ experiences.
We may remove reviews from our website integration if they contain offensive language, hate speech, spam or clearly irrelevant content. This does not affect the original review on Google.
Reviews are imported from Google and may be shown in full or as a selection.
We do not change the content or rating of reviews.
We may choose to highlight a number of recent or relevant reviews on specific pages (for example, about La Roche-en-Ardenne or Bertogne).

No paid or fake reviews
We do not buy reviews and we do not post fake reviews. We do not offer financial compensation or discounts in exchange for positive reviews. If we ever offer an incentive (for example, a chance to win a small gift for leaving an honest review), we will clearly mention this.
